We are seeking self-motivated individuals with strong technical, analytical,
organizational, interpersonal and communication skills to join our design,
manufacturing, service, or sales teams.
Engineered Air has a wide variety of career opportunities, design, manufacturing,
technical service or sales. We have manufacturing facilities in Calgary & Edmonton,
Newmarket & Barrie, Ontario, Portland, Oregon and Desoto, Kansas with sales offices
throughout Canada (12) & the United States (15). There are two openings for this
permanent full time position.
Engineered Air is recognized as a leader in providing extensive employee training. The
training program is located in Calgary, and depending on experience and ability could
be up to two years in length. This program allows you to rotate throughout our company
in a variety of manufacturing and design modules and gives you a broad knowledge of
our business. Through ongoing training at our lunch & learns presented by suppliers or
our in-house classroom instruction we keep our employees current with the latest
technology and developments. The training program will prepare you for a successful
career and is consistent with your interests & aspirations as well as our corporate goals
with Engineered Air.

Detailed mechanical layout of air handling units.
Special construction details.
Hydronic or gas piping schematics.
Electrical wiring schematics.
Complete description of control sequence of operation.
Currently attending a mechanical degree/diploma program.
Relevant experience would be an asset.
Related design, production, or service experience will be advantageous but not necessary.
Ability to accept assignments on short notice and work within strict deadlines is essential.
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The ability to work in a team environment and have strong people skills.
The ability to work independently and be a self-starter.
Engineered Air is recognized as a leader in providing extended employee training. As a new employee you commence a training program, depending on experience and ability, that will be up to two years in length. This program allows you to rotate throughout our company in a variety of challenging manufacturing and design assignments. Ongoing classroom instruction and evaluation is available through in house training sessions and supervisor approved courses provided by local technical schools.
